AGSOCIAL is a creative agency specialising in agricultural marketing, storytelling, and communication. We’re a small, high-performing team based in Cremorne, Melbourne, working nationally with clients across regional Australia.

We combine digital strategy, social media, videography, and photography to help our clients build meaningful connections with agricultural and rural communities. Our workplace is collaborative, creative, and flexible, but also grounded in accountability, professionalism, and teamwork.

About the Role

We’re seeking a Content Creator with proven experience in videography and photography, confident in both on-ground production and post-production. You’ll bring creativity, initiative, and strong attention to detail, ensuring all content meets client briefs, deadlines, and quality standards.

This role requires a balance of creative independence and team collaboration, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & Creativity

• Capture high-quality video and photo content across diverse client projects (agriculture experience preferred).

• Deliver projects on time with clear communication and proactive updates.

• Work closely with the Creative Director and Social Media Managers to bring briefs to life through storytelling-led content.

• Maintain visual and brand consistency across platforms.

• Confidently direct shoots when required, from talent interviews to b-roll capture.

Editing & Post-Production

• Perform professional-grade editing in Adobe Premiere Pro, Lightroom, and Photoshop.

• Manage files efficiently using AGSOCIAL’s project storage system.

• Deliver content that meets scope, budget, and timing expectations.

• Apply brand-aligned motion graphics, overlays, and sound design where appropriate.

Collaboration & Communication

• Communicate clearly with the team about deadlines, workloads, and project status.

• Engage respectfully and constructively with leadership and colleagues, even under pressure.

• Contribute to monthly team brainstorms and cross-project idea sharing as well as producing content or AGSOCIAL on our own channels

• Participate actively in meetings and AGSOCIAL’s internal Slack channels.

Professional Conduct & Accountability

• Demonstrate initiative and reliability in managing projects end-to-end.

• Uphold professionalism during events, travel, and client interactions.

• Accept feedback constructively and adapt quickly.

Innovation & Growth

• Research emerging trends in videography, photography, and digital content.

• Bring new creative ideas, shooting styles, and editing techniques to the team.

• Support larger-scale productions, including events, brand videos, and client campaigns.

Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of proven experience in videography and photography (agency or production background preferred).

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop; After Effects an advantage).

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Self-starter attitude with high accountability and respect for process.

• Agricultural or regional content experience is highly regarded.

• Must be willing to travel frequently out of Melbourne during busy periods (Seeding/Harvest), occasionally for multiple days interstate including WA, NSW and SA.
